Questions
Can I use Solo for one live project by myself?
Yes. Solo is built for one person running one active project — site engineers, agents, QSs, supervisors or freelancers.
Can I add another user to Solo?
No. Solo is a single-user plan. When someone else needs access, move the project to Civvio Project.
What happens to my project when I upgrade?
Your existing project, documents, RAMS, contract analysis, chat history and project records stay where they are — no re-uploading or starting again.
How does additional storage work?
Storage is an allowance, not a per-GB usage charge. Add capacity in 25 GB blocks for £5/month + VAT each, on Solo or Project.
Can I reduce extra storage later?
The intended model lets you adjust storage blocks, provided your usage is below the new allowance. Final billing controls will be shown before payments launch.
Are AI features different on Solo?
No — the core AI features are included on both plans. The differences are users, collaboration and team features. Generous AI usage is included on both, subject to fair use for unusually high volumes.
What happens when I archive a Solo project?
It becomes read-only and no longer counts as your active project. Payments aren't live yet, so final billing terms will be confirmed before payment is enabled.
What counts as an active project on Project?
A project you've activated Civvio on and are working on. Archived projects stay available read-only and aren't counted.
Can clients or designers have access?
Yes, on Civvio Project. Anyone with active access to a project counts as a project user.
